It is in the midst of a craze with globalization. There are business competition, the competition between co-workers, and career advancement. So, there is a point where we often experienced saturation, where it often causes stress. When one that is makes stress is the feeling of fatigue in life and routines of work that might be a threat for inequality in life balance. Or when we are discuss about the problems of unemployment, is whether educated or not. How many college graduates with different specializations range of expertise, both skills and theory, but in a practical level blunt and become a member of the new unemployment. Uniquely, indeed, there are some people who managed their life but actually not born and having the academic side.
